  Had a 9 AM reservation, I was running a little bit behind, so I called and I was told that the truck was running late and when I inquired how late it was gonna be The store I was going out of said they would contact the Plymouth store and get back to me. They then told me it wasn’t gonna be until 11 to 1130 when it would be available. This location did not feel it necessary to reach out to the me to let them know when they found out at 8:30 this morning that the keys were not in the dropbox. The guy then proceeded to tell me when I said it was unacceptable to not inform the customer that he was trying to run a business and that he had people coming in and out of the store or a phone call would simply take two seconds. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and had a much better experience! I do not recommend by any means

  If you are making a delivery or pick up, They have several suites and the same building, so look for the he correct suite number on the mandoors. Everyone here was polite and professional.

  Plans went smooth from start to finish. Dropped the truck off after hours, which was easy because of a key drop box.
