    Had a reservation lined up, called to confirm on Thursday that we were good to go. On Friday, the day before the trip, they called to tell me they no longer had any trucks available at their location or anywhere. Left me out to dry with no alternatives! If you use them make sure you have a backup plan...

    The store is centrally located to a lot of other North Side shopping locations. There is ample parking, in the lot. Inside the store, it's your typical layout. The customer service here tends to be friendly, informative, and very helpful. It is a very busy location, however. I always manage to get in and out, very quickly, though.
