Absolutely the worst experience ever renting a truck. Reserved box truck online that was "available" that turned out not to be. Power was out in the store so I was notified by another representative from another store that it wasn't available and I had been reserved at the nearest location up the street on 1960. Well I mistakenly thought at Deerbrook. WRONG! It was on West 1960 23 miles from me. I was going to drive 23 miles away to get a truck to move items a mile and a half , then drive 23 miles to return the truck while paying for mileage? Home depot implemented truck rental seems to have made Penske desperate for them to do this to me.
