- JCJoseph CookApr 13, 20251.0The worst experience by far. I ordered a 16ft truck and appliance dolly. Of course they didn't have either. They had 10ft truck and I had to get dolly through home depot. I got horrible service. I opened back of truck there was a puddle of water and it stunk like raw sewage. I went back in there told them that I am not paying for that water. It was a horrible horrible experience will never go there again. They didn't even offer discount for the inconvenience.

Why in the world would you let people pick what they want to reserve online if there’s a 90% chance it’s not going to be available the day you need it? I don’t care if you have a truck or some other vehicle available I picked the one I picked online because it’s the one I needed. It’s literally the dumbest way to conduct business and it shows that they do not care what the customers want they just want to get you to rent and make money.
