I have rented lots of trucks, and this was by far the best experience from the reservation to the pickup, payment, and drop-off. Communication was top-notch as I received email notification at every stage even when dropped off after hours on Saturday night. Will recommend to everyone with no reservation A++

Russ and the crew are very nice and knowledgeable. I have rented 3 times from them and everything turns out just great I'll definitely be renting from them again.

Disappointed! Rented 12' truck to move a fridge couch and bed. The truck had no ramp and the standard height fridge wouldn't fit in the truck. Called Penske to complain they transfered me to different departments and midguided me saying after returning the truck I should call the corporate to complain but of course after long waits on the phone and many transfers they said they couldn't help me because I already paid and completed transaction. I would not recommend Penske to anyone. Uhaul has great trucks and great service unlike Penske.
