  NEVER AGAIN!!! I rented a 16 foot truck from Penske to do an emergency household move for a relative. My reservation was for a different location but they did not get the truck to the reserved location and had me drive to their corporate location to get the truck. It was made clear at that time I intended to return the truck to the location I had originally needed the reservation at. The truck was rented for a week but I needed it longer and asked to extend the contract a few days but instead in the middle of the week they started calling and demand I bring the truck in for inspection and reauthorizing. I took the truck in to the original location and had it inspected with no problems and then the corporate office refused to allow the extension as promised and demanded the truck back Monday morning knowing it couldn't be unloaded in time. They want the truck back for business customers who pay more.

  Excellent service! I worked with 3 different people here, they were all very friendly and proffesional. They also offer a military discount which is rare in this area. Truck was clean and drove well.
