Unfortunately, the waiting room leaves a lot to be desired though, you're in the same office as the service side front desk with lackluster unsupportive chairs and if your going to be waiting a while be prepared to be uncomfortable.

While driving we had a hiccup on the road,called penske and they got us roadside assistance that was prompt and got us back on the road. They have great rates and will accommodate to your needs. I recommend Penske 100%!
