  The service offered by Usman Ali Khan at this site is second to none. He takes initiative to truly look after his clients' needs. My wife left her sunglasses in a truck from a previous rental months ago, and he took the initiative to have them sent to the new location during my second rental, making sure I could pick them up. He is a great communicator and thorough in his work - a true leader for the team. I've rented twice so far with Usman and plan to come back to Penske next time because I know he'll be there.

  Our company rents trucks from penske on norland Ave in Burnaby whenever the need for a rental truck arises. Typically 5 tonne rigs. Today we returned a rental and the driver forgot to fill the tank with diesel to the same fill level as we received the truck. Penske phoned our office and alerted us their rate is 4 dollars/litre if we choose to have them put the fuel in on our behalf. Then they were kind enough to suggest we could boot back over and grab the truck to go fill it ourselves. This saved us a lot of money. Much appreciation to Penske for being so understanding and helpful. Looking forward to using you guys for the next one. Thanks Derrick

  Poor customer service just automated phone service that I could not continue because it went in my ZIP Code and just kept saying sorry
