Reserved a truck and a car dolly the next week I with was there by 8:30 no dolly I came back at 12:00 noon no dolly came back at 2 no dolly it was 4:15 pm before I got a dolly then had to wait for help cause the man at the tire shop was to busy to get me on my way and the man that dropped it off split as fast as he could! On top of it all they gave me a truck with balled tires filthy inside and out NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY!

Obviously understaffed. Wait on auto system, then put on hold by employee rushing to handle business. Businesses could grow thru the roof if their info lines were unclogged.
