The staff in the Home Depot provide good service but the Penske truck they rented me was the filthiest most disgusting vehicle I've ever been in. Last time I rent a Penske product!

I recently rented a truck from Penske in New Braunfels (picked it up at the Home Depot). Due to a mistake on the Penske website the rental didn't start out very well, but William Gray at the HD tool rental counter was great and even though he was really busy with walk in customers he spent a ton of time on the phone getting things taken care of. The regional managers at Penske (Jeff and Brian) also pulled out all the stops to make sure that I got the truck that I needed to complete my move. Kudos to everyone involved for going above and beyond. Good customer service is hard to find, but these guys are on it! #Penske #HomeDepot
