It seems like a new place. Lots of trucks. New building. People that helped were friendly. Oh…and the pricing was much better than U-Haul.

I'm not trying to be Petty or anything, but I attempted to be courteous multiple times to the gentleman and he ignored me blatantly and repeatedly. Other than that five star as always.... EDIT: It is now late in the day of my original post; in recognition of Management's response (and also time having cooled me on the encounter), I will change my review to five stars. Because Penske, overall, IS consistently five star in my experience. Thank you all for your time. Good day....
