Like always, a speed bump occurred. Battery died. After calling customer service, I was fortunate enough to speak to Xavier P who SAVED THE DAY. He got a technician out to us as fast as possible and called us to give us progress reports so which made the delay bearable. 10/10 recommend Penske for the quality of their trucks, stellar customer service, and quick response to correct issues free of charge to get you back on the road and driving.
