- RORachael OsbornJul 23, 20252.0I don’t recommend this place if you are renting a Penske truck from them. I called two days before and the day before to make sure that my moving truck would be able to be picked up at 9:00 on Friday. They called me at 8:45 that morning and said it wouldn’t be available until 10:15. I showed up at 10:15 (after Ubering there) and my truck was still 45 minutes away. Then I Ubered back home because I had only taken the morning off work, drove to the office, and got a call at 11:30 that my truck was ready. Then I had to leave work early to get there before they closed for the day so I could still pick up my truck. Office staff was nice and gave me a discount but it made for a VERY frustrating start to a weekend of packing and moving. Not recommended.
