Unable/ unwilling to accept the return of my truck. It's not my fault that the staff doesn't know how to do their jobs and are locked out of the system. It's not my fault that your property is too small to accept a 26' truck. Why should I have to chase all over Phoenix in 115° heat to return your truck? How do I get all that time back that was robbed from me?
