- RFRobert FlottemeschMay 12, 20231.0Absolute garbage these guys. I go in make a reservation pay for a truck. Get a notice a couple of hours later that my reservation has been canceled. All because their employee entered my phone number wrong. Then a greenville representative calls says they have a truck and they are sorry about the mix up. And I was not happy about having to drive all the way to grrenville to pick up this truck but it is what it is. Not ten minutes later this rude lady calls accusing me of some business scam and that she would not rent a truck out. I told her fine keep your fing truck. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE RUDE UNPROFESIONAL INCAPABLE PEOPLE. Do yourself a favor and rent a uhaul.
