- NINobody ImportantNov 15, 20231.0Showed up at home depot to pick up the truck I had reserved online with my credit card, only to find out they did not have a truck available, and was advised there was not even a similar truck available in the city. Went over to U-haul a few blocks away, and immediately got a truck, for about 1/2 the price.
- ACAngela CarlsonMar 21, 20212.0Tried to rent a truck from Penske located at local Home Depot, however Home Depot doesn't have the authority to rent the trucks unless you have made a reservation. Called Penske and was transferred to the same Home Depot I started at. Needless to say, I did not rent a truck on that day.

Their sales people were patient and extremely helpful. They also offer options to return the vehicles to Home Depot which was an added convenience. Highly recommend!
