- MSMelissa SundstromJul 16, 20241.0Got a phone call the day before that a transit van wasn’t available, and they were giving me a 12’ box truck. Get to Home Depot, 12’ box truck sitting outside or building, go inside to pick up, pay for it, walk out and 12’ box truck no where to be found and I am given a transit van. Transit Van’s brake light and turning signal not working. My options, driving 45-60 mins to nearest service center where they say I can get it fixed and they have parts…which is a lie or get a different van. I drive 45 mins to service center to wait 2 hours to find out it can’t be fixed. The service center doesn’t have a van and doesn’t really want to give me a one way truck because they will lose it! After a some complaining, I get a 12’ box truck 3 hours later and get back on the road to start packing. They could’ve just thanked me for delivering the van to them to be fixed, which I believe is what their plan was ALL along! Thank god I will never be in Pennsylvania ever again!
