  Clerk was quick and fast to get the rental, but wasn't told about any charges that could occur as they are ridiculous. We brought the truck back partially unfueled, they charged us $8/gallon and a bunch of extra fees. Reserveation switched from maybe $250 to $500+. Won't use them again

  although our truck had a circuit blown, the facility was quick to fix it. very nice customer service too. Thank you to the Penskey worker in Kansas City, who noticed our tail lights out. She stopped me & gave me the phone number. She was an angel.

  i was really stressed with this move after getting extremely high quotes for out of state moving companies. We didn’t have much to take, so I called this Penske and the most patient, respectful, and helpful young man booked my reservation. Deyante Fossett went through the options, explained the mileage, and even calculated the round trip cost, so I could make an informed decision. This was such a different experience from the other truck rental companies in the area. Thanks Deyante!

  We had a terrible experience at this company. Promise us a sleeper truck the day before, coming early the next morning their was no truck. Been sitting there the whole day at 4pm the so called truck was in the truck wash. Then come out the truck as dirty as can be covered with mud. Lift front light already hanging on for dear live. It was obvious in a accident. Their was a few accident marks like scratches and bumps. The rest of the truck dirty inside and outside. This is unexpected for what you have to pay for renting a truck from PENSKE. I do understand that this is a rental business but that is also why we as customers have to have insurance before taking the truck. I am a very unhappy customer. Derek and Monica owner operators.

  This Penske has my truck for 11 weeks. When I first brought it in, they kept telling me it'll be a few hours...I was there for two days before I could use a loaner truck. They brought me a nasty, dirty, Volvo that wouldn't pass a DOT inspection. It was a nightmare. The service people were extremely rude and hung up on me several times over the course of 11 weeks. They also left me stranded on the last day that I could legally use paper logs. I called them to come put the ELD in and they said yes, but I waited 3 hours only to find out that "they don't make service calls for ELDs." Why didn't they tell me that 3 hours sooner? After that happened, I complained to a manager on sight only to have the service people and a mechanic gang up on me calling me a liar and getting aggressive. I then explained to them that Penske has it all documented; the phone call, the complaint, all time stamped. How could I lie about it? They doubled down after that so I just came to the realization that these people are stupid and I'm wasting my time. My company had to get management involved, but that hasn't made anything better. I'm currently sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to put the ELD back in my truck. It's been 2 hours and 30 minutes.
