Just moved to the area and was referred to this vet office. Not a horrible place for just yearly vaccinations however, if there is an actual issue with your fur family member, go somewhere else. Took my 10 year old female in for what appeared to be a UTI. Paid almost 200 dollars for testing to be told it didn't appear to be a UTI and was given a broad spectrum antibiotic. This did not clear it up so I took her back and paid almost 500 dollars to do full xray and blood screen. I was told I would receive a call about the blood work and I had to call and was quite rudely told that doctor had surgeries and other patients, they set the expectations of the call, I was just following up, mind you this was at 3pm when I called and they close at 5pm. I did receive a call back around 4:15 letting me know they basically found nothing, some bacteria and were back on the "it's probably at UTI" train. I was given some ridiculous analogy about how they are like general practitioners, not specialists and how like when humans go to the doctor they need to go to a specialist". Why would a dog or a human need a specialist for a UTI? They offered more medicine that cost 120 dollars since I my girl is large breed. She's just started the meds but follow up will not be here. My family members will never go back to this practice.
