  This was our first time at Penelope June. My daughter received a kids curly cut and it was a fantastic experience! Ruth listened well regarding our past experiences/haircuts and what my daughter was hoping for in a style. Ruth taught us how to care for my daughter's wavy/curly hair and brought out curls that I haven't seen in years. Everyone we encountered was kind. My daughter and I both recommend this salon!!

  Malea was able to turn on a dime and do a partial highlight instead of a root touch-up, for which I was grateful. She did a great job, very personable, and thorough. Ruth is ALWAYS the bomb with my cut!

  Been to a handful of salons in indy trying to find the best salon for me. The girls at penelope went above and beyond !! So excited to have finally found a place I want to return to. Thank yooo

  Lily did my curly haircut and then Noelle did my full look. They both did a fantastic job. I have never loved my hair as much as I did after my experience here. They were both so kind. Noelle is relatively new at this but you could never tell. She was able to completely rid my hair of the cheap red box dye that I had. I am so happy and I will be returning! Before and after attached. My curls have NEVER looked this good.

  You’re welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment, Legacy is always on time!! Legacy has done my hair 3 times now and I love the color. She cuts my bangs perfectly and I’m really picky about my bangs, and at no charge when you’re a regular. She asks questions incase I want to change it up. She always answers my questions. She’s very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job!
