  Super sad to write this review, as I am a loyal and die-hard Pendleton customer, and I have met this manager of the Albuquerque store many times, and have made many purchases from her directly. I was given a bag as a gift, but I already had the exact bag in that exact print. I went in to the ABQ store to see if there was anything I could do, asking for store credit possibly/ or exchange it for the same bag just a different print. Tags were on it, stuffing was in it, clearly still very brand new (I was also carrying the identical bag with me, so there was no question ) I understand I was past the 30 days, but it was the way she handled it that bothered me. She did not recognize me as a customer who has shopped with her several times in the past, she did not offer to look up my account so she could see just how loyal of a customer I am, she actually didn’t offer anything. She did, however, look at the bag and say “it’s really old”. Which is not what you want to hear when it’s literally the bag I carry everyday, and was carrying at the time. So I guess I’m off to drop off both of these “really old” bags to good will, and am now in search of a new one! Sidebar: there was not 1 other customer in the store. There was no reason she couldn’t have treated me a little more like family, and less like someone with a ridiculous request.

  Our sales person was awesome and very helpful. They have so many beautiful items in their store. We will definitely be making another visit soon.

  Staff was rude, refused to allow me to use their restroom. Very embarrassing. When I complained to the company they claimed they have no responsibility to provide basic services for their customers.
