This one is a gem in South Huron. This Victorian style house is extremely beautiful and worth an experience if you're looking to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation. Both, Nancy and John are wonderful hosts.
The first time I and my wife visited this summer, they took every little detail for our food preferences in advance. Upon arrival, John and Nancy spend time talking to us, took us to a house tour, told its history, informed about nearby places to visit, etc.
The next morning, breakfast was a pleasant surprise! We being vegetarian, they made sure we were served with enough options. They served a variety of fresh fruits, veggies, buttered toast with plenty of jams and marmalades to choose, pancakes, hash browns, eggs and fruit juice.
The small sitting area beside the dining room as well as the outside deck is worth enjoying. Here you can relax, listen to the music of your choice, from a variety of albums within their collection. If you like reading, they have a big collection of books too!
Coming to the rooms, they are beautifully decorated, very clean with very good quality of bedsheets, pillows, blankets, towel sets and toiletries.
We had such a memorable experience, we visited this place again this summer! Hope to visit again in future!
