  I had major issues with this contractor and am still waiting on a refund. I am also still trying to fix the damage done to my home. I hired Peltier in the fall and we signed a contract for work that should have been done in 3 weeks. About 4 months later I fired him after the roof he'd installed leaked into the wall, down through the floor and into my room for the third time. He told me he was registered with the city, had a license to work and had experience. The city doesn't have record of his license and the inspector has found that much of the work is not up to code. The work site is still a mess, I will have to finish the flooring myself and I just finished cleaning up the yard from construction debris. Total nightmare. If I don't get my refund soon, I am contemplating small claims. Please save yourself the trouble and move on to another contractor.
