This company sends defective products and then charges you to return the product to them to be examined. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Will never order anything from this company again and will make sure that none of my friends or family will purchase from them either.
- MBMichael BriarMar 23, 20201.0These heaters are junk and a FIRE HAZZARD. The switches fry and smoke. Both that I have and bought would start a fire. Be careful with this heater. Reporting this company to the BBB, FTC and local Attorney General Office.
