  Already had low expectations and they did not even come close to meeting them. If I had the ability to leave no stars, I would have. Not only did they show clear discrimination and bias towards one of three kids enrolled, there is long wait times to speak to someone and they will hang up on you intentionally. Don't dare ask for a manager, because they will retaliate. Do not put your kids in Pearson whatsoever. Nothing but negative experiences for minority individuals and they take that out on your kid.

  What a waste of money! My daughter had to do a credit recovery course for her language arts during the summer. The teacher could not be contacted and the only time I heard from her was to tell me the course timeframe was over and my daughters work was incomplete and that they had a no refund policy. She asked if would like to speak with a manager and told me they would reach out but no manager called. I left several messages for a manager and three months later I finally was able to speak to someone and they told me there was nothing they could do. Only use this school if you have $600 for each course to flush down the toilet! Very frustrating and disappointing from beginning to end! These days any business with a no refund policy is saying we do not care about our service so beware!!!

  Middle School review: The other reviews are accurate. This learning model is VERY rigorous. Lots or reading and work in general. If you don’t have at least 6 hours to dedicate working in tandem with your child daily, this isn’t for you. You need to be able to explain and teach your child what they’re reading. I appreciate this being available this year, but there’s no way we’re doing this next year.

  Amazing school , it allows me to learn more , but because of its flexibility , I have time to develop other skills.
