I had an issue with a package delivery. I needed my package urgently and it was on the currier who delivered it to the wrong area. I had just gotten off of a 12 hour shift and the leasing office was closed. Carlos went above and beyond to help me get this issue resolved and has done so in previous instances whenever we needed help. He has truly been amazing with any maintenance needs from the moment we moved in almost two years ago

I’ve been living here for some time now, and it’s always been a very family-oriented environment. I’ve seen Tiana and Debbie consistently go above and beyond to help with any apartment-related issues. Carlos from Maintenance has truly been a lifesaver his prompt service has saved me from some real hardships. Any time other issues have come up, the team has been on top of them right away and always exceeds expectations. I genuinely appreciate all of their hard work and dedication.

I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The ladies at the front desk (Tiana and Debby) are always so friendly, professional, and accommodating. Whether it's a package pickup, a maintenance request, or just a quick question, they handle everything with a smile and genuine care.
Every time I’ve had an issue—whether minor or urgent—it’s been resolved quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is prompt and respectful, and I appreciate how they always follow up to make sure everything was taken care of properly.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place with responsive management and a friendly community vibe.
After living here for 3 yearseven with the old ownership group I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the management at Pavilion Palms. While the property itself has potential and the maintenance staff do an outstanding job, the behavior and professionalism of the office managers, Shemiza and Denise, have created a consistently negative living experience.
Both Shemiza and Denise have shown a lack of professionalism, respect, and accountability in their roles. Resident concerns are often dismissed, communication is poor, and requests for assistance are met with hostility or indifference. Their attitudes make it extremely difficult to feel valued as a tenant, and their management style reflects poorly on the community as a whole.
On the other hand, I would like to highlight the exceptional work of Carlos and the entire maintenance team. They are prompt, respectful, and genuinely care about the residents. Carlos, in particular, goes above and beyond to ensure that repairs are handled quickly and correctly. It’s clear that the maintenance staff take pride in their work, and they are the only reason my experience here hasn’t been entirely unbearable.
For the rent being charged, residents deserve better treatment and a higher level of professionalism from management. I strongly urge ownership to re-evaluate the leadership in the office, as Shemiza and Denise’s conduct does not align with the standards tenants expect or deserve.
Terrible Place to Live – Stay Away from Pavilion Palms!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The management here is absolutely awful, and it starts with Denise (the property manager) and Shemiza (the assistant manager). They are by far two of the worst people I’ve ever had to deal with in a housing situation.
They play favorites with residents, and if they don’t like you, they will go out of their way to make your life miserable. Instead of showing professionalism or human decency, they act cold and robotic, almost as if their only mission is to push people out. If they can’t directly force you out, they’ll resort to petty tactics that make you want to break your lease just to get away from them.
What’s even more frustrating is that Denise, despite being the actual property manager, doesn’t step up or make decisions fairly. Even when she knows a resident is right or when she has the authority to override an issue, she simply hides and follows whatever Shemiza says. It’s backwards and completely unprofessional.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The management team is toxic, the environment is hostile, and you’ll regret signing a lease here. Save yourself the stress and DON’T MOVE TO PAVILION PALMS.
