  My furnace was toast same price to replace the heat exchange as it was to get a new one. Ended up getting the bogo for furnace and ac for the same price any other company quoted me for just a furnace. Jake Scott and Carson Abbey seemed like humble guys and did a quick effective bang up job.

  Jaret (Jared?) showed up early to tear down and remove my 24 year old furnace. THIS WAS AMAZING. He efficiently broke the old piece of junk down and he cleaned the area on his own. ON HIS OWN. He needed some assistance from me getting the unit down my stairs and the new unit inside the house, but that man is amazing. Jarek showed up after the new unit was placed and he crawled under my trailer AND on my roof to make the proper connections and adjustments needed for my new furnace. They worked very well together. These men deserve the recognition for their work. Peak has hired some great people. I'll miss Abdullahi, but with Jaret and Jarek around, Peak will be my go to. Thanks guys!

  Steer clear of these guys. Inexperienced techs, horrible communication, lied to me to get the sale. They are in this to take advantage of people and make a buck. Do yourself a favor and go with a locally owned and operated company. Peak will send a few guys, young 20s, who have done in house training for a couple of months. They are not adequately trained and do shoddy work. It has been months of no response from these people to resolve issues. I had to call another company to fix a condensation leak in my basement that multiple peak techs could not figure out. The lending company told me DO NOT SIGN until I'm satisfied with their work. As a single mother, I do not appreciate this company not keeping to their word. Peak, grab your unit. PLEASE. I want to do business with another company!

  I had originally left a bad review due to a poor response from one technician but I let my frustrations get to me. They reached out to me and swiftly sent a technician out. Was given an accurate ETA, he was very helpful and informative, gave me some pointers and advise for future adjustments, so im not having to dry suck water out of my crawl space again, or pop more holes in my vents. Overall they showed good professionalism, even though I was rude in my initial review (which I have removed as apologies). Thank you Max and Nolan (Technician) for the professional service!
