  PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW: Daren Egan deserves a 5 Star Review for “superior” customer service. Our world is changing and excellent customer service is rare. This gentleman helped my wife and I a couple of years ago. I called him today with a problem and he was unbelievably patient and persistent in helping me resolve it- no payment was expected. Consider him the “GOAT”. Thank you Daren.

  We use to LOVE Peak Alarm! Then… along came Pye Barker. Installed our system with Peak Alarm almost 10 years ago and been very happy. When we were notified of the purchase by Pye Barker and it was suggested that we get a in shop visit to update our equipment and do an overall inspection. Well that ended with “We don’t provide you with any newer equipment, even tho we pay a monthly service agreement with them to keep the latest and best equipment available… $77.10 / month on top of our monitoring. That $77.10 doesn’t even cover batteries in the monitor. Why have a service agreement if you refuse to cover anything at all? What a joke! Told them to cancel my service and they hit us with you just missed your renewal, so it’s gonna be another year before you can cancel. Cancelled in writing twice now as per their requirement and they keep sending bills and have no record of our written cancellation. When a business has poor service and outdated equipment, this is exactly what they do… they scream really loud that you have a contract and make it impossible to get out. Ran far… run fast and shame on you Peak Alarm for all the years of trust and money we gave you to turn your business over to these out of state sharks. We are sharing this poor experience with every single client that walks into our business and ask about the sign we have posted up about how deceitful your business has become.

  Peak Alarm has been an excellent company to deal with. Their service personnel are first class and they don’t rest until you’re satisfied with their work.
