  Scott Eppes, was outstanding. He was very courteous and professional. He listened to my system concerns and explained what he thought the issues could be. After inspecting the unit he explained in detail what he found (along with pictures) and what could possibly correct the problems. A very nice young man. Highly recommended.

  Was very impressed with the company's professionally appointed Van. Set- up and the Electrician driving it who performed the work professionally and correctly. As former Estimator and field manager of a Tallahassee Electrical Contractor business I know the difference between a "wanna- be ", and an already is competent professional team. I would reccomend them to anyone with a need of their offered srevices.

  Justin was absolutely phenomenal! I give him 5-stars! The Peaden company definitely overcharges though and you are basically forced to move forward with them after your quote or you’re out $86. Too expensive and they don’t offer any USAA or student discounts. Again, Justin was great and he did a wonderful job! He doesn’t make the prices so the 3stars are for Peaden.

  So after seeing all of the other reviews I decided to reach out to Peaden for my shed power project. They sent out an electrician who quoted what I was looking for. While he was at my house he stated they install the exact AC soft start product I've been wanting so I asked to include that in the quote. I have a back up generator that doesn't have an interlock on the main panel so I asked that to be included so it was up to code. The quote I received was unbelievable... $7,000.. for reference I asked for 5 outlets and a sub panel in my shed roughly 6 ish feet from the pole, a soft starter for my AC and an interlock for my generator. Total material cost roughly $1000 all in, soft start costs about $385, interlock about $150 and the rest for wire and sub panel.... the rest was for "Labor"... unreal.. that's $6465 in labor coming out to $808.12 per hour with their estimate of 8 hours to complete the job... as a business owner myself i wish i could get those margins! I said all that to say..Get other quotes people... I got another quote from a comparable competitor to Peaden and they came in under 3k what Peaden quoted me. Then when I called to cancel, they initially didn't call me back. They sent someone to my house who sat in my front yard for over 30 minutes then left without explaining why they were there after I canceled. No call back from management to address my concerns. And no receipt for the deposit I made which I disputed with Amex.. I think these reviews are from people who don't know any better or I just got unlucky either way I wont be doing business with this company ever in the future. Get quotes people.
