  Shocked to see the negative review about Katie and Anna by AT. We have been working with them for over 11 years and they have always acted with the utmost concern about the health, welfare, and positive reinforcement of all dogs in their care. Encourage you to speak with them about your concerns as I am sure they will listen and do their best to address your concerns fully.

  We love PLD! Have taken our dogs to them for about a year now and have made incredible progress. The service is professional, courteous, and the space is clean and well kept. The staff all around is friendly and they seem to enjoy their jobs, love dogs, and have shown genuine care. Prices are reasonable, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Trainers Mari and Greg have been excellent and life savers. We did puppy prep for life and have done some canine conditioning and reactivity work with them. We also really like their grooming services. Highly recommend! :)

  Let me be clear Michelle, your so called trainer Katy was in the middle of the Academy on Bunker Hill in the middle of of the store. Katy mentioned the dog she was training might be reactive. So you are going to sit here play victim and reverse the way the situation happened. I don't think so! Please be cautious of this place. Katie, the head trainer, should not be training anything. Her curt, degrading, unprofessional demeanor is not ok.

  My little puppers, Sterling, has been going to school at Peace Love Dogs for a couple weeks and is currently in the 2 weeks lodge and learn. The staff are super friendly and very attentive to all his needs. Their facility is extremely clean and well maintained. It is also far away from busy roads which is good for the wee pups. They come out to the car in the morning and bring them back to you in the afternoon if you're doing a daycare drop off.

  We use PLD for training, boarding and grooming and truly believe they are 5 star at all three. Training - we did puppy training with our bernedoodle and it was an effective and enjoyable experience. We used Stewart and he was phenomenal. Boarding - the entire staff is very kind and accommodating, our dog genuinely loves to go here. Our dog only boards here and we have never had any issues. We opt in for our dog to get additional training while boarding, which is a nice feature versus just typical dog daycare options. They send report cards with pics and comments which is so nice to receive. My only wish is that I had a camera so I could check in on my dog when I’m away. If I call to check in, I always get someone who gives me a real time update. Grooming - doodles are hard to groom but Ashley the groomer does such a phenomenal job. Our dog is there for a majority of the day, which was an adjustment from a 2-3 hour groom but they do everything; clean his teeth, scrub his pads, etc. my dog is also 85lbs so his size may also play into why it takes so long.
