Unreliable, probably the worst experience I’ve had with a bank, it’s also the second time it’s happened to me at the same place. I tried to put money in the atm after work; 500 dollars, the machine eats my money and spits back 240, keeping over half of it(260). No option for a receipt just said transaction cancelled. I had to wait two days to get ahold of them I urgently needed that money just for them to call me a day later( so three days after I put money in) saying 220 is all they could find. I think it’s pretty outrageous 40 dollars of my hard earned money is just “gone no where to be found”. I know what I had I counted it multiple times before I put it in. So yeah don’t use their atms I guess unless you want to be missing money.
