  PCI Construction has basically rebuilt our sixty year old house. We first met Hamid a few years ago when he and his team took on some significant redesigning, remodeling, and updating of our interior and exterior. This past year was the complete redesign and rebuild of our 30+ year old kitchen. We absolutely love the results - the before and after photos can't fully capture the transformation! Hamid and his team are skilled, professional and patient. They did an outstanding job taking care of us, from planning to design to demolition to construction and all the many details in between. We feel very fortunate to have found Hamid and PCI and could not be happier; we highly recommend them for any reconstruction or remodeling job you may have.

  I have done very many improvements projects on my home in Los Altos Hills by PCI. I am very happy with their work, they are truly professionals. The PCI team is punctual, hard working and their work is at the state of the art. I recommend PCI to every one who needs improvement on their home.

  I have nothing but good things to say about PCI construction. My wife and I purchased an older home (1941) in berkeley which was in dire need of updating. We were very lucky to find Hamid, PCI construction, and Tino (the foreman for our project) to help us turn the home into our perfect vision. We had PCI construction remodel our kitchen and half-bath, refinish or replace the entirety of the hardwood flooring, upgrade the plumbing to copper, upgrade the whole house electrical from knob and tube, run CAT-6 and low voltage wiring throughout the home, replace some exterior doors, and paint the entire inside. It was a big project, but everything was completed on schedule and expeditiously. We bought the home at the end of april, moved into the completed project by mid - july. No delays, no problems, no hassles. From day one, Hamid and Tino worked with us to understand what we wanted in our remodel. They never said, "no" or "it can't be done." They always found a way to make our ideas reality. And they offered their own helpful and practical suggestions on how to improve on our ideas. Hamid frequently visited the home with us to go over the progress and ask questions about things we might want or not want. Every detail was attended to. The men employed by PCI are top notch. Everyone was skilled, respectful, and friendly. They always took time to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. Tino is a gem. WHEN you decide to use PCI for your needs, see if Tino is available - he is a superb craftsman. This was the first remodel for my wife and I and I have to say that it was a perfect experience. After speaking to so many people who had bad experiences with remodels, we anticipated having at least some minor problems - but we had none. We could not have asked for a better experience. You need to consider PCI construction for any and all of your remodel or construction needs. We will definitely use Hamid, PCI, and hopefully Tino again for our future projects.

  PCI renovated our apartment in Emeryville in July 2021. The team did a fantastic job turning a half-century old apartment into a new home with a clean, modern look. Hamid was easy to communicate with and delivered on all our expectations. He was very detail oriented and showed us many of his great ideas using a software-generated 3D model for no extra cost. It was a pleasure working him and his team and would recommend PCI to anyone looking for anything from small remodeling jobs to building a custom home.
