It can take months for small tasks to be completed. If you call them they “flag” requests yet no sense of urgency. Hopefully, others aren’t scammed by their services and lack of delivery.

We have encountered significant difficulties in obtaining wordpress and hosting access from them to facilitate the migration of our website from their servers. Despite clearly communicating our intention to discontinue their services, PBHS continued to bill us $600 for a full year of hosting, and they have been unwilling to entertain the idea of a partial refund for the unused 11 months. It is evident that this company lacks consideration for its clients. Their customer support takes an excessive 10 minutes to answer the phone, and their response time to emails is frustratingly protracted, often spanning several weeks. I would stay clear of this company.

We originally hired them to help us rebrand with a new logo and website as we transitioned into a brand new office and location. We also signed up for the SEO and Social Media package to successfully get the info we needed to the public for the transition. PBHS now does all things marketing and print for us and I always have a great experience working with them on specific projects. Alejandro designed our new logo and was so patient until we landed the perfect design. He has since designed several other logos for me and nails the exact look every time. Brie is also amazing to work with in the social media department and is very responsive and talented with creating our ads or social media posts. Love PBHS and wouldn't use anyone else!! 5 Stars!

What an incredible team and they are very responsive to my call or questions. Its such a delight to work with each and everyone of them.
