  PBCI Allen was very helpful when our water heater began to leak on a Sunday afternoon. In the phone, they helped me turn off the water to the water heater. On Monday, they contacted me with a rep coming to our house to size up the problem. Good communication, excellent explanation of the problem and of the new water heater when it was installed. Professional and friendly. Recommended we research a rebate with the gas company, which looks terrific! 🤞🏼
