I recently purchased a car from Payless car sales, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle serenity was the best representative she helped find my new Chevy equinox thanks to her I driving in style
I had an appointment scheduled with this dealership, and they even called me just two minutes before my arrival to confirm that everything was ready. After driving two hours, I was told the car had already been sold.
The sales lady was unbelievably arrogant and disrespectful. When I explained that we had an appointment and were confirmed buyers, she started lecturing us about business. Honey, we didn’t come here to learn business — I’m sure we know more about it than you.
The definition of an appointment is simple: you give someone a specific time and your word. If this dealership can’t stand by their word, maybe they should reconsider their business entirely instead of wasting people’s time and energy.
What’s worse is that she couldn’t even hold the car for two minutes — not an hour, not a day — just two minutes for the people who had a confirmed appointment and were already on the way. She didn’t even bother mentioning that there was another buyer, which is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.
If you value honesty, respect, and basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs.

Extremely Unprofessional – Total Disrespect for Customers
I had one of the worst experiences with this dealership. I scheduled an appointment with them one day in advance, and they confirmed that the car was available and everything was ready. They even called me before I arrived to say the car was waiting and I could test drive it. I drove almost two hours to get there.
But as soon as I walked in, they completely changed the story. They told me the car was “already sold” to the woman sitting there and didn’t even bother to bring the keys, even though they had promised. No phone call, no warning, no apology – nothing.
This was extremely disrespectful and dishonest. They wasted four hours of my time (driving there and back) and clearly didn’t care at all. If this is how they treat customers, people deserve to know before going through the same experience.
Be careful – they do not respect your time, your appointment, or your trust.

The worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy a car.
I went to more than 15 dealerships looking for the best option, and without a doubt, this one takes the medal for the worst of all. The car was listed at $12,000, but between “packages” and unnecessary fees, the price suddenly jumped over $6,000, a 50% increase.
As if that wasn’t enough, after we finally agreed on a price and I decided to move forward, I waited two hours just to be called in to sign the paperwork and they had raised the price again, even higher than what we had already agreed on.
They ran my credit, wasted half of my day, and showed zero transparency throughout the entire process. Fortunately, I ended up finding the same car at another dealership for a much better price.
