  Horrible customer service. Eating sunflower seeds while talking to a customer. Came in with all my papers and was turned away and went down street to sister company and got approved. Ladies at this company are very rude.

  Horrible customers service bad attitude my son and I didnt feel welcome. The two lady employees that were there gave me the run around I feel purposely. We had all yhe information they requested still we were turned down. I felt they were being rude & ugly. This happened on July 22, 2025

  God fearing, great customer service, very sweet and humble. Listening ear and very understanding. Heart of gold 💛 I felt this lady spirit when I was in her presence. Mrs Natalie is who yall need to come see and even if you don’t get a loan her presence and personality, you’ll still leave on good note.
