  First time stepping into Paws & Parks today and I have to say I was very impressed with how clean and organized the store was. Darien the owner was very welcoming and offers so much for your fur babies! Though I did not receive any services during my visit today, I plan to in the near future.

  Met with Darien he’s very straight forward. That’s what I like the most. If you want a dog trainer that’s very honest and reasonable with prices I highly recommend Paws and Parks

  I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and serious concerns regarding the recent grooming services provided by Park & Paws on my dog sassyy , The  event that transpired during her appointment reflect a severe lapse in professional care, communication, and accountability, leading to significant harm to my pet. During her time under your establishment's care, my dog sustained serious injuries, specifically a laceration and, more critically, a severely damaged declaw that needs surgery .Alarmingly, I was not promptly notified of these injuries. Upon discovering the extent of her distress and attempting to contact the groomer, I received a delayed and dismissive response, indicating that he was preoccupied with other clients and seemingly disregarded the severity of the incident involving my pet. Furthermore, despite these grave issues, the premium fee typically applied for managing an anxious dog was still charged. While I have previously accepted this fee for specialized care, its application in light of the negligent handling and resulting injuries is entirely unacceptable and compounds my distress. These injuries necessitated an urgent visit to the veterinary emergency room. The attending veterinarian confirmed the severity of the damage, particularly to her declaw, which now requires surgical intervention, alongside treatment for pain management and infection prevention. The emotional distress and substantial financial burden imposed by these unforeseen veterinary expenses are direct consequences of the incident at your facility. When I attempted to discuss the significant and unanticipated veterinary expenses directly with the groomer, I was informed that he disclaims responsibility and advised to contact his insurance provider. Regrettably, despite this directive, the essential details regarding his liability insurance policy have not been provided, hindering my ability to seek resolution. I demand immediate clarification on this matter. I expect full reimbursement for all veterinary costs incurred due to these preventable injuries and the prompt provision of your establishment's liability insurance information. This level of negligence and lack of professional conduct is unacceptable, and I anticipate a swift and satisfactory resolution to prevent further escalation. Jennifer R ❤️

  I am very impressed by the exceptional grooming services provided to my 2 dogs. Darrian was professional, punctual, responsive, organized, and pleasant to work with. He was able to get my pups scheduled quickly and was able to accommodate my schedule. Highly recommend this business!

  Brought my cat to be groomed and mind you my cat has only been groomed maybe twice in his life. The owner took his time with my fur baby and gave exceptional service. He gave my baby something to calm him down and meticulously shaved him. I was also able to sit & watch his full service. Unfortunately, I was told my baby had fleas but the owner also treated & told me how to treat both my animal & my home which was much appreciated. We officially love Paws & Parks & will be back with ALL of our animals !!
