  The local office makes a big difference with a special call out to Jennifer. Insurance is an item you never intend to use but if forced to it is generally under stressful conditions. The Paul Ortez Ada office was friendly, direct, answered all questions quickly and honestly and sped up the process with the larger organization. Five stars all the way.
