I came and got iron work and a hair cut for less than $30! Terry was my future professional and he did an amazing job. You could tell they were still learning but I have a difficult grade of hair to handle and he overcame the obstacle gracefully. I’m extremely tender headed but they didn’t hurt me at all. I’ll definitely return it was a great experience.

My hair cut before the blow out needed the instructor to check as I have hair way longer that was missed. Every hair cut needs to be gone over with the guide for the clients and also a learning experience for the student.

I booked with Zion (#3673) and she did an amazing job! I had boho braids in for an embarrassingly long time and when I finally took them down, she brought my natural hair back to life. I am sooooooooo happy with my results. Book my girl y'all!

I had a great experience and wonderful service by Alissa (3489)! Alissa was very thorough and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier! I also had great service from the people at the front desk, all were nice and welcoming!

I've been coming here for the past 1.5 years. Everytime I make sure to double check the appointments I have just to make sure the timings are correct and they ALWAYS tell me that they have a 30minute waiting time. Today when I came they straight up refused service because I arrived at 2:25 whilst my appointment was at 2:15 irrespective of what they told me earlier this morning when I called. I am outraged by the audacity of the front desk to talk to me how I was talked to. They denied to have said anything regarding the time intervals and we're extremely racist. Being a regular customer here and experiencing the harassment and misinformation and later being blamed for that is unacceptable and gosh I am so upset and feel so attacked. Next time you open services for customers maybe train or pay your employees enough so that they learn how to talk to customers first UPDATE : Kristen from the front desk called me to threaten me that since I put up this truthful review they shall not be taking anymore appointments from me. This clearly refelcts how afraid they are to hear the truth and for their audiences to be made aware of their actual customer service. Now it's your call you want to go there no not.
