  Obviously this is Don. It appeared to me that the staff members I talked with had very little experience handling death benefits. After a couple of calls to the Home office answers came more clear. The staff was polite and professional. They just seemed overwhelmed with the process. Now, that could be caused by my very direct manner when I am upset. And, after more than 2 weeks after Linda’s death, I am still overwhelmed. Thanks for your help.

  Highly recommend! Dylan did an amazing job of getting me better insurance for less that I had been paying. He was knowledgeable and great at answering all of my questions. I am very happy to have him as my agent!

  Dylan at State Farm was amazing! He was very personable and patient with all of my questions. He understood this was a dauntingly, big decision and helped me navigate all the correct options for me and my children. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is ready to protect their family financially, but not quite sure where to start.
