I have been with State Farm for many many years now. Erika Morse is the absolute best in the business. She goes out of her way to explain in detail how everything works and what you should know. She is quick and thorough while also being patient. She gets back to me with answers promptly and sometimes even after hours as she is truly dedicated to the customers she works with. Better never lose her! She is irreplaceable. I have all my 10 policies with State Farm! I have had 2 claims over the 10 years and they were handled is a very reasonable time frame and both were a very good experience. Happy Customer
