Great food in a well run establishment. The decor is modern, the furnishings are attractive and everything is spotlessly clean. Service is very good. The wait times may get long during peaks as Patsy's is a popular dining spot. This is an upgrade from the chain restaurant that once occupied this space. We loved the salmon salad, the barbecue Sandwich, the cheeseburger, and the steak salad that our party ordered. Service was polite and efficient. Every aspect of our meal was the way it should be. We will return to Patsy's again with high expectations.
Patsy’s American was solid. Big portions, good flavor, and friendly service. The place has a comfy, casual vibe — easy spot for dinner with friends or family. The burgers and ribs hit the mark, and everything came out fast. Nothing fancy, just good food done right.
I waited about 40 minutes for a table, even though I noticed several other guests who arrived after me (and also didn’t have reservations) were seated before me. Once seated, the service was very slow — it took quite a while just to receive water and a straw. The manager was also quite rude when addressed. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and disappointing.
We ordered the fried calamari appetizer and the crab cake with filet mignon combo. All of the food were delicious and well cooked. The kitchen forgot our two side dishes, and the waiter also didn’t notice it until we finished. The bill was $80+, which was a bit pricy for a causal dinner from the bar area, but the food quality was good.
Patsy’s really impressed me! The Jambalaya was flavorful with just the right amount of kick, while the goat cheese salad was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The cheeseburger stood out as especially juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Service was quick, and the sundae made for a delicious finish.
Ryan, our server, was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful with both drink and entrée recommendations. Every staff member who came to the table was warm and professional, which really elevated the experience.
The restaurant itself is spotless, with an inviting open layout, striking artwork, and portraits lining the walls. Even the women’s bathroom impressed with its modern design and private feel. Patsy’s also has a familiar, welcoming feel, it’s a sister restaurant to Mike’s American, which explains why the food was so delicious.
Overall, a wonderful dining experience. Patsy’s is definitely a spot I’d recommend and look forward to returning to.
