  Not cheap but worth the expense. From start to finish they never left our side; helping, answering questions and making things happen. The only gripe I have is the time it took to start the project: may be months before the actual work starts due to parts needing to be manufactured and the freeing up of a crew to do the work. Outside of that, the actual work was swift, professional and courteous. We are happy with the results.

  John Allen came early, very professional, and fully explained in detail what him and his company offer. Even though we were looking to just enclose an existing pergola, John was able to QUICKLY explain what solutions and methods his company can do to help and/assist us in our design concepts!! Thanks John @ Patio Enclosure for all your help and suggestions!!!

  Just had a great experience eith Tyler Coleman coming over to show us what they have to offer and explain our options. We has no idea of hiw much hies onto getting a new enclosed - we've lived with an outdoor, plain but huge deck whose time has come to seriously get us to rip it out and do something new. He explained everything thoroughly, which was great! Unfortunately we have to put it on hold gor a few months due to an unexpected need to repair another part of the house first, but this is next! Regret not giving the contract right now, but totally recommend getting him as your person to explain all you need to know. Great professionalism!

  Fantastic experience so far! We had our design consultation a week ago with Tyler C. and he was amazing. My partner and I hadn’t looked much into this so he started off giving an overview of what all they do with their builds and average cost per size of job. Then we started designing our own area and he was super helpful, he really listened to what we wanted and could afford and helped us get a design we’re so excited for! We’re building on an existing second story deck and he let us know the engineers would probably want to add some supports (he included in our initial pricing so it wouldn’t be a hidden added expense). When the engineers came out they confirmed we need extra support, and thanks to the notes Tyler left them, they knew we wanted side supports because we’re going to do an under deck patio in the future. Install will come in a few months since they custom build to order but so far am loving this company!
