  The first problem was the scheduling to have someone come and give me an estimate for the project. (Was given three different dates before he actually came.) After he came out to review the project, I had to call him twice for him to send the quote. When I agreed to proceed with the project, then I get involved with your finance company Greensky. I was told by your salesperson that I could do 12 months same as cash. The paperwork from Greensky was different. I paid them 5k and then they sent me another invoice for 5K . The construction had not even started. The timeline for the project was long. (May requested quote - September completion) Creation of the drawings, getting the city work permit, ordering the material, and finally the installation. I was not happy with the keyless entry and was told that I would get a response from the salesperson. Still haven't heard from him. Reflecting on the whole experience, I think that if presented with what I know now, I would do things differently. The project was enclosing three sides of my small patio. The concrete slab and roof were already in place. I think that I would shop around and probably not used your company. The biggest asset your company had was the name and that is why chose to do business with you. So disappointed.

  Very happy with our new Patio Enclosures. Our contractor Reddirt did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and precise. We love our new windows!!

  Patio Enclosures sent windows for my porch that were off by 5 inches. Resulting in Michael Steenland telling me that it will take three more weeks for the corrected windows to be built. He tried to get me to make an additional 5 inch header plus the existing header to fix the mistake or put 2x4’s on the bottom. He acted as if I was being unreasonable to want how it was originally planned and in the contract. I asked if he could expedite the window order. He implied if I didn’t go with the “other options” (he gave) then I would have to wait three weeks for them to be built. He also used the excuse that there is a computer glitch on measuring that has to be overwritten and the person forgot. Michael assured me this hasn’t happened in 7 years, as if that makes it ok. (I was told by Mike Dutton in his sales pitch that the windows are made by Patio Enclosures instead of another company, Mr. Dutton also said the job would take two days, which is way off, it would take at least a week. I kept asking Michael S. for the windows to be fast tracked. He said no. I left three messages (one of them was with a receptionist) for his Supervisor Rachel Sugalski to call me on Monday & Tuesday and Wednesday. She has not returned my call. I am very disappointed and frustrated that my porch is open and unfinished. I can’t sit out there because of the mosquitos. I am shocked that a big company who charges so much for an enclosure, treats their customers like this. I called the HR department and of course, no one answers the phone. Left a message to return my call, no response. I am going to write the company CEO, this is ridiculous that I can’t get a human being to answer or call me. I also stopped the access to funds, so they can’t get any more money until it is finished and right.

  The installer did a very nice job. He was clean and very polite. He took pride in his workmanship and details. He asked me for my preference on anything that might be a personal preference. He kept me informed on his progress and what to expect.
