  Initial appointment was scheduled quickly and after deciding to enclose our porch, second appointment for measuring was quickly scheduled. Alas, they were able to have it ready to install much more quickly than anticipated—when does that happen!—but we had to delay that as we were out of town for two weeks. Enclosure was installed the day after we returned and installed was excellent. Very happy with everyone who interacted with us on this project from PE including the project manager who was our contact person.

  Everyone from Patio Enclosures that we dealt with were awesome. My wife, myself and our cats love our new porch. I highly recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone needing this type of work done. The other company's that we got estimates from were awful but not Patio Enclosures, they were great every step of the way. From Jason and Sam to everyone else that we interfaced with we were treated with professionalism, expert knowledge and a caring attitude. Thank you so much.

  The patio turned out as beautiful and functional as promised. There was some damage to two of the screens during transport, but they were installed as is with a promise of being replaced. The replacement screens were quickly manufactured and the entire installation was complete and problem free before the original expected date. I will definitely work with this company again for further updates in the future.

  Delays and delays and more delays. Despite the fact that their contract says they will finish the project within 3 weeks on initiating, there is shady contract language about excusing themselves from this requirement in the event of building material delays, even when they themselves forgot to order the materials. My project was begun in mid June. They forgot to order the roof panels and door. Some panes were broken in transit. They come back in July to install the roof panes, but still forgot to order the door again. Also cracked a few of the panes during install so they have to redo that too. Here we are in late August without a finished project, and now the company won’t call me back after their third delay and me complaining about the whole situation. Installers are messy - they don’t clean up after themselves. I’ve found broken glass, metal shavings and screws everywhere in my yard and back patio. When brought up to Patio Enclosures, they acknowledged that was unprofessional but are unwilling to offer any compensation for the headache. In my case, I run a food business and had to take time out of my day to clean up after them so I could continue safely running my business. Again, there was no sympathy for their poor business practices affecting my small business. I imagine I’ll have to clean up after them AGAIN, that is if they ever come back to finish the job.
