- DFDaniel FelixAug 23, 20252.0This project has been worse than pulling teeth. I signed a contract back in March for a three seasons room and it is still not done. The electricians are waiting on patio enclosures, I have not heard back about the carpet, and I am still missing some glass parts. I have tried texting my account manager and received no responses and when I call they always say they will call me back with an update but don't. I would say this is not worth it for the hassle that it has been. Go to another company.

- EEEric ElwellJun 24, 20251.0I have to agree with other posts about poor quality and little/no communication with the company to follow up on issues. Company responded on a google review that they "have a signed "certificate of satisfaction'" - but the form that was signed was only that they said they had completed their work so that the workers could leave - before we could even inspect the work. We finally had a service call where a gentleman from the company came out and looked and their own service guy listed numerous issues of mis-installed panels and poor quality of workmanship. He promised to follow up and get repairs done. That was in February. It is June and the responses we have gotten from the company were either to be sent to voicemails (many where their voicemail boxes are full) and promises to get return phone calls but NO ONE RETURNS ANY CALLS. They are lying to say they have returned any calls. The one person we did finally reach stated there was nothing she could do and told us to write a google review - saying we MAY get a response that way. How horrible of a way to run a company! STAY AWAY from this company!

Still not repaired and phone calls and emails are no longer being returned!!! Passing the buck is the only priority, and quality is the least of their concerns... PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! Update: 6/25/25 Nothing was signed. Technician took measurements & pictures in February 2025 & stated repairs would be made by April 2025. No voicemails have been left for me. I have left 20+ voicemails with company… LIES, LIES, LIES!!! Update: 8/10/25 Still no resolution….
