  I have had nothing but excellent experiences at the Patek Philippe Greenwich boutique. Omar is extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic. During my visits he has taught me so much about the brand, highlighting both historical innovations as well as walking me through newer releases. He always provides thoughtful, considered answers to my questions. The boutique itself has cultivated a warm and comfortable atmosphere - everyone has always been welcoming, even when I brought my 2-year old to an appointment!

  Lauren Yoon was absolutely fantastic to deal with, she took care of my questions and was sincerely grateful for my relationship with the brand. She also helped me get a watch submitted for repair and walked me through the process and took care of the whole thing for me. I look forward to building the Patek journey further. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional in her interactions with my wife and I.

During my visit, Lauren, the general manager, who truly excels in her role. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attentive customer service made my visit exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience and showcase the exquisite timepieces in the collection. I highly recommend a visit to the Patek Philippe store in Greenwich, where Lauren and her team provide top-notch service and expertise in the world of luxury watches.
