  I ordered a delivery and got two things from the menu I hadn't previously tried, and it was absolute heaven! Saag Paneer Tacos, and the Dirty Masala Chicken Fries. I got the order quickly, and was able to communicate handoff needs to the driver via text. It was a wonderful experience!

  Been loving this spot for quick, easy, and delicious food! Well priced menu with a lot of options. Some of the best food in the area, conveniently located in the neighborhood.

  I came here to pick up food for my lunch break and I was very surprised how nice it was in there. The man at the counter was so sweet and offered me water while I waited for my food because he thought it was hot outside. It wasn't but it was super sweet. He also opened the door for me when I got the food. I wanted to write this review simply for that man and how nice the place was. Now that I'm home and trying the food. I have Zero complaints other than wishing the curry was spicier but that's fine. The food is delicious! And they took note of removing onions from one orders. I got the yucca fries, butter chicken medium spice, two samosas and the channa masala with samosas. The chicken is high quality and in nice slices. Everything is wonderful and I'm mad at myself for not coming here sooner. We live practically across the street! I definitely want to come back and sit at their little bar for a beer or two with my yucca fries! One more thing to note. Some Indian restaurants are super oily and heavy. This wasn't. It felt a lot healthier without lost flavor or anything. It's perfect. Thank you!

  We were thrilled when Srini the owner chef opened Pataka. We have been enjoying his delicacies for over fifteen years here in Portland. We live in SW Portland but it’s worth every mile to Dine in at this Beaverton spot. Everything is so tasty and flavorful, our favorite is fish Koliwada and Apollo Fish then Biryani’s and Sag Paneer and Dal Tadka. Just great food and friendly service. Highly recommended.

  so.... i placed an order from here around 8:50pm on doordash and was genuinely feeling super excited to try them out, but then my door dasher went to get the order and they were waiting for the order for such a long time that they left and doordash then changed delivery people 2 or 3 times... i noticed the it was now 10;15pm (past closing time) but on doordash it still said the restaurant was preparing my order, so i called the restaurant, and it was indeed closed. so i cancelled the order after waiting for 1.5hrs which was pretty disappointing. i am sure their food is delicious but this felt really bad; if it was simply that something was out of stock it would've saved me a lot of time to know that so i could've ordered somethign else! i wish they'd just communicated.
