  It’s always a pleasure to work with Nathan MCCoy when he comes out to work on our plumbing. We had a clogged pipe under the house in July and he repaired it fast and efficiently. Then in October we had a broken toilet and he installed a new one. He’s always professional and knowledgeable on the job. Give the dude a raise! Paschal is great to work with. I like their digital alerts that they’re coming and they respond quickly to a job. Great company.

  Possibly the worst customer service you could ever receive, install was fine, its after the fact, techs dont show up for scheduled appointments, people take off work to make sure someone is home, no call or text, can't get anyone to explain why or what happened, get an automated assistant and Ai response when trying to get ahold of someone, place is a joke!

  We had warranty work done. The technician was pleasant and hopefully did an efficient job. We bought Trane due to quality reputation. We ended up being without AC for almost 2 weeks during 90+ degree days. Our unit is 4+ years old. Our cost including finding the leak and labor was around $2300. We feel this is an amount that is way over priced for warranty work. We originally spent approximately $10,000 for original HVAC system. We also bought the plan with Paschal to have our system serviced yearly. That appointment for that was scheduled for yesterday and we haven't received a call or the service yet. Needless to say, we have not had a pleasant experience with Paschal

  Very good, no slackers, answer questions. Well your here and due to my need and my convenience our people are here. I have no dought I may have angered others of whom I apologize. So I know your type of organization is pricey but I know the work is guaranteed and a built in warranty.

  Dawson Fultz from Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric provided truly exceptional service. He was able to arrive much earlier than the scheduled time window, which we greatly appreciated. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue with our Bosch AC unit and offered clear, honest advice on the best path forward. We were very impressed with his professional integrity and his focus on the customer's best interest. A fantastic experience from start to finish!
