I have been with this insurance office since 2008, carrying multiple auto policies and a homeowner’s policy, and my family has trusted this same office for over 20 years. Never once have I been treated with such disrespect as I was today.
I called because I needed an explanation about my insurance; something Darian herself was clearly confused about. Instead of providing clarity, she became impatient, raised her voice, and then hung up on me. That is unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to a loyal client of many years.
When Deborah was there, I was always treated with courtesy, patience, and professionalism. Today’s experience with Darian was the complete opposite. For an agent to get angry simply because a customer is asking for an explanation shows she should not be in this position.
After two decades of loyalty, I am extremely disappointed and questioning whether to continue doing business with this office.

Nowhere in my review did I say that Darian was helpful — in fact, she was confused, rude, impatient, and hung up on me while I was trying to get clarity about my own insurance policy. That is completely unacceptable, especially coming from someone who is supposed to represent your office. Let’s be clear; this situation was not about an outcome I didn’t like, it was about the disrespectful way I was treated as a loyal customer who has been with your office since 2008 and holds multiple policies. Both Brittany and Ms. Deborah has always handled my concerns with respect, patience, and professionalism, something Darian clearly lacks. Darian’s behavior is a downgrade to your office’s standard of service, and if not addressed properly, it will continue to drive long-time clients like myself away. I hope you take this seriously before it’s too late, because your team’s reputation was built on excellent service not on dismissive attitudes and poor communication.
